You are right because snakes do not raise their young, once they hatch , they become independent. The snakes wrapping around the large females are males competing to mate and impregnate the much larger female.

Why not start a python rearing operation since the reptiles apparently thrive well in your area?
It will be a lot more lucrative than your farm. You can export the skins to Europe and America. There is a huge market there
