hamzeiy:Dude glo standard has fallen. In 2008 it was 2.5 p/a. Then before i left it was 1.5p/a. Maybe it would be 75k per month now but i seriously doubt if that would be the case. If you are currently unemployed please take the job and leave after 2 years. Please dont hope on promotion. They hardly promote and it hardly comes with money. Learn all what you can learn.
