I think it's better you just go with your husbands decision. Do you know it's better you do what pleases you and not what pleases others. You don't have to see it as if it husband wants to disgrace u. In Nigeria.if u kill 10cows it's still not enough, they will still fight and complain on top am. I no do any naming ceremony but wen I got to Nigeria, we did child dedication and my mil cooked food to give to church member and those that came to greet us.some already did naming ceremony even though we were not here that's Naija for u. My opinion is just be yourself and don't do things based on its naija way of doing it. I might be wrong though but that's my opinion. And Chanbaby has said it all. My able cappo @katchycouture...the plans of the enemies shall not stand neither shall it come come to pass in ur life and that of ur baby(Isa: 7:7) You will carry your baby to term, and birth that wonderful creation by God Almighty safely. There shall be no loss, that is what my pastor , Dr. Paul Enenche says....and i stand by that prophetic declaration and decree that they shall be no loss in ur life or that of ur baby. No team September moma shall suffer any loss IJN. And by extension no member of this forum shall experience any loss In Jesus name. We shall all carry our babies to term, and birth all of them safely weather via VD or Cs in Jesus name. Fear not, for greater is he that is in u ,than he that is the world. Do not believe the report of the doctor, believe the report of Jehovah God our maker, the creator of that amazing baby in ur womb, the one who was, who is and who is to come. He said his thoughts for us are thoughts of good and not that of evil , to bring us to an expected end. He also said that the expectations of the righteous shall not be cut short. These and many more is ur portion and that of team September and indeed all members of this forum in Jesus name. All u need to do is rest, pray...(don't cry) and Jesus will complete that which he started in ur life. Final part When it was 3am, I couldn't take it any longer, I asked the doc to come check me, she did and I was 4cm gone, hmmmmm, this pain was becoming unbearable, whenever the contraction comes, my back is always on fire, couldn't sit, stand, couldn't even lie down. It continues till 4.30am, the doc came to check again and wow, I was already 8cm, she was even surprised and said thank God we didn't go back home when she advised us to, I was happy but e just be like say the dem tell my cervix not to comot from 8cm again o, when it was 6am, still 8cm, I was already screaming and having the urge to push but doc said time never reach o, by 7am, doc said I'm ready, was wheeled to the delivery room, doc con check again and said it's like e still remain small o, that I'm 9cm, chai, I cried my eyes out, few minutes later, the urge to push was becoming much, I was just shouting "I want to push ooo, I want to poo o". Finally, I was asked to push, I did, doc said I ain't doing anything that I'm just shouting, imagine me wey don use all my strength o, I sha continue pushing, when the head was out, I was so tired that I wanted to rest, doc con shout say make I no try am o, make I just continue pushing, I did with all the strength left in me and my princess popped out screaming her lungs out at exactly 7.35am. DH was with me throughout the all process, Chai, he really suffered cos I just dey beat am anyhow. In all, I thank almighty God for safe delivery. BS settled Cc: cappo Naomi14 32 Likes |

B.S. Doc had moved my induction from may 1st (edd) to May 8 th. Was seriously prayin against induction and prayin for supernatural delivery. I contined wth my exercise trekkin on monday. But cudnt trek on tues cz I had stomach upset. On wed,told doc to do VE and was tols cervix still close and posterior. Was so discouraged dt at 40 wks 2days,cervix was still close. Went for evening jog and removd my mind from it. Got home on wed 5pm. Slept till 9pm. Woke up to devour bread wt egg and tea. Watchd monaco vs juventus match wth dh. Woke up 1:20 am wt cramps As jjc, didntt even knw it was contraction Had to start checkin google cx it was 2 mins apart. Pain intensfed till 2:35am. Told dh to lets go to hosp even if its false alarm Got to hosp 3:05 am. And doc examind me to discover I was 6cm. Labor progressd swftly and by 4:35 am. Was alrdy 8cm. D nurse burst my water and gave birth after 2 push past 5am Baby came out all.pink and crying. All I cud say was 'oluwa seun' I cant jjst stop tankin God for fast delivery.he is too faithful to fail.he answers prayers. Indeed am grateful 44 Likes 1 Share |
