According to a photo which is currently making rounds on various social media platforms, students of the great Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU)) Ile-Ife are seen sleeping on the ground. The factor behind this was not clearly ascertained and as such people are attributing it to either over-crowding or heat.

God punish Bloggers,person no fit sleep outside again? Make heat kill dem inside abi?

This is a very common reality in hostels from secondary school to university... If this is shocking to you boyyy... You be day student or you be off campus person....

I remember my secondary school days from st. Batholomews in Zaria to command Kaduna... We use to FLAP people.... Which means dusting people off their beds while they sleep before they know it you are gone with the bed.... Then you will have to sleep with one eye open because you too might get flapped before the morning comes...


Fut Minna Bosso campus.... That hostel was war.... The smell of beans mixed with body odor mixed with piss mixed with nastiness I use to prefer to sleep on the roof of the hostel entrance slab.... My God that place has one of the best sun rises and sun sets I have ever seen....

Sorry for the long talk the picture puts me in a state of nostalgia... A flood of memories good and bad are swirling in my head kai... Life

Sometimes we go through rough patches in life to come out a better person...

It's is definitely as a result of overcrowding of the room. Who has noticed that nothing is working in Nigeria? Education, zero. Health care, zero. Infrastructure, zero. If Nigeria is too big to to have a central government, why shouldn't we secede from this country? Biafra, go your way. Arewa, stay on ur own. Oduduwa, remain in ur lane too. Maybe, just maybe there would be a solution to our problems.
