first does the gen a bit stiff or repealing ur hand to itself wen trying to start the gen manually? if yes then the compression of the gen is too much, the valve need to be set, or cam need changing,
but if no, then ur battery is dead, or ur auto kick starter, is bad

Thank you for the responses. When I start the gen manually there is no stiffness, it starts easily. Maybe it is the auto kick start that is faulty. Do you have an idea how much to replace the auto kick start, or is it something that can be repaired?

Again, my gen is Sumec Firman SPG3000e2(yellow tank).

. . . It's your generator battery you need to replace. Had the same issue and enochgaga made me realise that the battery needed to be charged every 3months hence the battery charging cable that came in the box.

Have that replaced and follow the 3months recharge time and you should be fine.

Hmmm that is crazy. I have only had the generator for 4 months plus now. I was thinking the battery charges itself as the generator works as confirmed by enochogaga himself. I will call a technician to take a look at it then.

Pls im A student, need a good gen of 50-55k or 60k max. It would carry one table top fridge, standing fan, 4 laptops, and about 10-15 phones. Need something dat doesn't consume much fuel.
