I saw them last week when I was going for my MSC class. my house is close to permanent site at nwaniba. herdsmen and their cows are sharing permanent site gate self.

Honestly it is wrong to allow cattle and co to roam freely about for they will come across crops like cassava, maize and the likes and they will eat other people's crops and that will not be right. That will mean that one will be using his own company or business to destroy other people's companies or businesses or means of livelihood.
So make a law or laws to control and guide this thing
