Hi mamas, I am 11 weeks plus and since Monday I have been having this pain on my left pelvic area and it's travelling down my left thigh. I had to go to the hospital today because I couldn't sleep last night cause of the pain. After speaking to the nurse she said they have concerns that it might be ectopic. I went straight to YouTube to check symptoms of ectopic pregnancy, aside the pain I haven't experienced any of the other symptoms so I felt a bit relieved but somehow still worried. My first scan was supposed to be next Friday the 19th but they had to do one today to rule out ectopic but thank God baby was jumping around with good heartbeat and the nurse said congrats... I was relieved. Then she said the pain is as a result of fibroid , although it won't affect the baby. Is there anything I can do or is this how I will endure the pain till the baby is born? Anybody experienced this before?


I'm still peeking tho as I haven't seen any November due date, Biko who is due November?

It could be false labor, or it could also be d real deal (hope ur bags are packed?)
Did you eat/drink anything that u suspect may have triggered the contractions? Or probably overworked or stood for too long?
Try drinking a lot of water and lay on your left side to see if there will be any relief. It is well with you and your Lo

Talk about quality Well initially DH was skeptical about the idea of buying stuff from some persons from Nairaland especially when I told him am paying before delivery, (I don't blame him, he has been duped severely by all these online sellers. They will display goods as handsome Donald Duke or Chris Oyakilome only for them to deliver Adams Oshiomole )

Well long story short, the delivery man dropped my stuffs right at my house and they are so cute and DH has been admiring them. He didn't know when he said " Does she sell only clothes? Because it's like she knows good quality

Everything was a hit back to back From sleepsuits to bodysuits to the 2pc wear to the pop socks.

I culdnt put my legs 2geda,sweatin lyk chicken & my right leg hooked me,i culdnt walk well. I managed d pain til afta work cos my princpal wasnt around 2get permisn frm. Got 2d hospital after work only 4d nurse 2say its false contraction since i didnt c mucus plug or water breakin. I Went back home&slept and D pains later subsided. Now 2day saturday, i woke up experiencin low-back pain.i cant stand right,av bin lyin dwn since mornin. I dnt knw wat 2do.i dnt want 2b sent back. Am 37wks accd 2 Lmp. 39wks accd 2all scans. My lo measures 2wks ahead. #all mamas in d house.#tiwatopebam, iyomomoreloaded, giddyperson,zaynie

Sorry, these annoying pains are more common towards the end, if lying down reliefs you then spend all day in bed and tomorrow too if you have to. I hope you feel better

Hian, I think it's too much breastfeeding, me I'm constantly ordering room service in my house like I'm in a hotel and water too, I ask them to bring it in big Eva bottles cuz cups don't go anywhere and I've to have water beside me 24/7. My baby eats soooo much and she's still rejecting formula, she gets better at rejecting it everyday lol.

If its almost new and hot,there is no point buying a new one except you want more than one. Ogunpa is where baby are in ibadan but they are usually common and of low quality but i bought things in a particular shop at sango,she stocks beautiful and imported baby things and they fairly affordable

Mama that's low blood sugar. You need to eat well when breastfeeding. I know a lady that passed out while feeding her baby. A cold bottle of malt now now will help .

If it continues please go to the hospital .When I had my last I didn't see mucus plug and my water did not break by the time I got to hospital was almost 6cm. Also insist they check you and not just send you back.

Hello Mama. Thank God your baby is ok. Am not sure what month to join. Am due 28th November based on last scan and 5th December based on ovulation. I will be 11 weeks tomorrow based on the later date. Just getting over very bad Ms stage. It hasn't been easy but God is faithful.

Hi. Had a fibroid too (actually I had/have 2). The pain may be as a result of the fibroid degenerating. If it is you probably won't feel any pain from it again after this. Mine happened around 15 weeks and I never felt it again. Only thing is when your bump is big you may be able to feel the fibroid depending on where its located. Had my baby in February without issues

Don't stop. In fact my dose was increased to 2 tabs towards the end of my pregnancy

Don't I just envy you. I am here alone with my 3 sojas 4 months old,3 yrs and 8 yrs. Nobody to do omugwo. Some days it's like my enemy wan escape just run. I respect my mum seriously now.

Hi thanks, I haven't been told the location of the fibroid because it was just a quick scan to rule out ectopic. The next scan is Friday and I would prolly be able to ask the doctor about it. My issue is just the pain, it's so uncomfortable and I don't know how long I can bear it. Did you have the baby vaginally or thru cs? Sorry just trying to prepare my mind, I know I'm still early.

That's my fear about ogunpa . Please where is the shop at sango, so I can check it out.

There is no need buying baby flask again once the stainless steel flask can keep liquid hot or cold.
Ogunpa market close to Akinlapa is cheaper with lots of baby things. If your bump is already showing, it will be difficult for you so get things at wholesale price except you are good at pricing things and the bump will also make them to be dragging you at the market which is why i went there when i wasn't showing so they thought am one of them that came to buy and sell.

My bump is already showing well. I will also check out ogunpa, I am just scared of buying fake things.
