Dr. Taiwo Solaja, a pathologist involved in determining the cause of death of Osun state Nigerian Senator Isiaka Adeleke has given the cause of death to be "multiple aspiration" or choking due to drug overdose. The pathologist testimony was delivered at the Coroner's inquest set up by the Osun state government to unravel the real cause of Senator Adeleke's sudden death on April 23, 2017.

In addition to the drug overdose, Dr. Osilaja also stated that his team found excessive alcohol, sedatives, and painkillers such as Diazepam and Analgin in the body of the late Senator. In as much as I agree that d drug overdoses,particularly the 40mg of Diazepam and Analgin may av been d cause of Adeleke's death,my question to the pathologist is this:
where and when was a toxicology or drug screening done that determined that he had overdoses of those drugs he mentioned or has his own pathology evolved to that of knowing drugs just by dissecting a corpse and viewing d blood vessels,kidneys and liver?
Drug and toxicology screening is a further specialized branch of autopsy,carried out by highly specialized labs and takes at least 2weeks for d results to come out and more if d screening is not definitive.
I am not sure there is a lab in Nigeria that performs such screening,particularly wen analgin,banned for several years is involved.

Well they(Politicians) have to grab as much drugs are possible inorder to keep up with their impossible appointments.

The strains of Politicking is very strenous and tasking and never for the fainthearted(Please ask Late Prince Abubakar Audu of Kogi when you see him) and the Autopsy report can be doctored to deter knowledge of the real info
