newsynews:
The Jubilee Bridge, Ajah has been officially commissioned for use. This was done by the Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode. The Bridge will help eliminate the traffic jam usually experienced in the axis. The bridge is a top class infrastructure that will facilitate the movement of people, goods and materials as it replaces the roundabout that use to be there. The commissioning of the bridge is one of series of projects getting commissioned by the Governor ahead of the Lagos at 50 celebrations.

Commissioning of a bridgehuh? I can't believe these politicians are under the bridge for this ceremonial event. I wish Donald Trump and The British Prime Minister could as well do more of these and copy this from Nigeria! At least we have a better culture and tradition to offer the world! What about genuine programme to truely improve the lives of average Lagosians?? Well, if you are a residence in Lagos and wise enough, u will use your tongue to count your teeth and move out to farming settlement. No doubt Lagos is a beautiful place, Except your in Lagos to start counting bridges! you go count and you go tire!

If You Know what's good for you, Just head straight to the farm

I'm really impressed by this guy. If I have my way, I will buy his second term nomination form.
He has really shown leadership is about VISION!
Vision is the essential ingredient of leadership and not the quest to "make it" through the back door of politics.
Other states of the federation are backwards due to lack of VISION!
WELLDONE SIR.
He should be President

He has vision, is non partisan and very de-tribalized. He might be lacking in integrity (maybe compared to a PMB) but he is miles ahead of a PMB or GEJ in terms of Vision

Ambode, you have really relieved us of Ajah traffic,i want to tell you that we are so happy for this. You have proven that within two years in office, you are better than fashola.Thank you sir and may God continue to bless you.

Without Fashola, he wouldnt have achieved things quickly. Did you hear about him cancelling contracts up and down?

He is building on the past works of his predecessor and that is how govt should be run. No stop and start in Lagos in the last 16+ years, it had been one continuous movement.

So Fashola has his place in the history of Lagos and his achievements should not be rubbished because of politics.

The only Nigerian government (State and Federal) knows how to do is commission roads and bridges. It's obvious Nigerians don't know their rights as citizens undecided

Very impressive! The once terrible round-about, now a masterpiece. Kudos Ambo.

Laudable achievement. Kudos to Lagos stage government.

Please I need someone who can take this up to help point out the MAJOR HAZARD in my attached picture.
That's a high tension transmission line that used to be very far from the old road. With the bridge and side roads, this currently looks too close to the highway.
If a truck or car should run into the mast and compromise it, there is no telling the mayhem it could bring.
Let's not wait to blame the devil.....

Just a concerned Nigerian.

Big thanks for the developer of developers. Our pple from the east have done it again.Wait ooo....an ipob developer once told me dt ambode mother is from nnewi, dt was the reason the man is doing what the developers of other people land couldn't do since the end of nigeria civil war.

Fasola tried for Lagos state BUT
Ambode has beat his record hands down.

There are two governors in Nigeria;
Ambode and others!

Re: Ambode Commissions Jubilee Bridge Ajah (Photos) by totorimi: 6:08pm On May 17, 2017
Whatever went wrong with getting a project right, first time , on time and all the time.
I have often wondered why this same Hitech but such massive roundabout along that Lekki expressway. Some say it was for billboards, really? at the expense of the comfort of hard working tax payers.

Why the double expense when it could have addressed at the first instance. I cant say Kudos but I will say congratulations to Hitech for feeding fat on the corruption in government. Next let them go and construct another one roundabout near Oando filling station and at Jakande. Maybe if we know the big names behind Hitech we will understand why they must remain on that road forever.

Ambode is always commissioning projects. He is the real Mr. Project and not some showman in Portharcourt whom the Coordinator, sorry Ag. President erroneously awarded the 'title' sometime ago. Lagos is working under Ambode!

This Ambode guy just dey commission bridge projects like say person dey commission drainage channel in front of him house.
Kudos Ambode.
One is even tempted to think that Lagos is not part of Nigeria again as recession got nothing on the State
Lagos is 'country' within a country. With the way Ambode is commissioning projects, recession is just a word!
Re: Ambode Commissions Jubilee Bridge Ajah (Photos) by bukatyne(f): 6:33pm On May 17, 2017
Yeah!

Jubilee bridge has been commissioned. I wish I was there, I like such ceremonies

Kudos to Hitech, they surpassed their project timeline by 5mths.

However why christening a bridge?

Because of the Lagos at 50?
