When I first talk am here, some dimwits (Ndiofe) were doubting me. People who were too dumb to decode the hidden message in Buhari's letter.

This is just the beginning. All important documents will be flown to London for Buhari to sign. Ita Enang is only acting on the order of the cabal. If PMB is physically unable to sign, a well paid signature forger is on standby to append the signature.

There's no way we can confirm who actually signed it. However, Budget signing are usually video taped. I am eager to see how Abba Kyari and co will sort that out.

Buhari Transferred His Presidential Power To Osinbajo.Until he writes the Senate to reverse it, He has NO RIGHT to SIGN the Budget. Nigeria's Commander in Chief today, is Prof Osinbajo and there is no ambiguity about this. Cabal or no cabal will NOT change. If Buhari signs the Budget, he will head straight to Prison after 2019. I did not see anywhere assent is descibed as SIGNING A DOCUMENT here. And assent can be used in different contexts varying from a nod, giving in, consent and even stamp (literally) but not sign.
The big question (which does not even prompt a threat as far as am concerned) now is who is to sign the budget? It wont happen just like you mentioned, that Buhari will carry our budget to London and SIGN (regardless of love, respect and quick recovery I have for him, i mention it again, it wont HAPPEN!) the budget, from london, no, it wont happen.
two, in fairness to the two major spokespersons here, they were diplomatic probably because of the pressure surrounding the Presidenct's vis a vis the letter transmitted by Buhari to N A and the recent statement by the Nothern Elders: Check and contrast these two statements:
1. Spokesman to the Acting President, Mr. Laolu Akande in a tweet late last night said “Just so we are clear: when the time comes, everything is set and he is satisfied, Ag. President Yemi Osinbajo will assent to the 2017 budget.”
2. “The President will assent to the budget, the acting President is in office and when the budget is transmitted, it will go through the processes and all those other questions will answer itself.”
try to relate the two statements, you will find out that they are only being careful but you know our media will always blow news (they created the topic to be attractive) to prove points.
Anyway, we are watching!

With due respect to you, it's probably possible that you are not even born when I finished secondary school. It may be possible also that the education I have in respect of all area of Law either constitutional, criminal, Tort, trust, etc that you don't have it. That is just by the way.

Osibanjo is not the president of Nigeria. He cannot use the seal of the president and even if he does he must use the word "acting". The substantive president can still do his lawful duty while on leave if he is in a right frame of mind. The interpretations of the letter written to National assembly does not remove Buhari as the president because he is on leave. Why would Buhari be honoured with the presidential guard anytime he arrives the country. Why don't they say he is still on leave and wait until be writes to National Assembly before he will be accorded with the presidential honours.

Buhari has the right and power to sign the budget if he chooses to and that is in line with the constitution. If the cabals sign the budget by forgery then such signature is not worthless but if Buhari in his right frame of mind signs it, then so be it.

Did you ever attend a Senior Secondary school, or you stopped schooling after your junior WAEC ecams?

It is very clear you do not have an inkling of governance, or constitutional law, if you do, I believe you are willfully telling yourself what is not possible.

Why do you think a President of a nation hands over power to his VP to become Acting-President? The position of the President and C-in-C should never be vacant hence the VP is empowered to act in full presidential powers when the President is unavailabe (due to annual leave, medical leave, or suddenly becomes incapacitated without the opportuinity to write to the NASS).

Like someone said, UNTIL Buhari writes to the Senate that he has RESUMED office, he CANNOT assent to the bill.

If by any dubious means, Kyari's cabal gets Buhari who is on leave to sign it, a flood gate of litigations will arise. Why? His signature would have made the bill so assented to by him to be as worthless as the paper used in printing it. Its as simple as that.

It's sad that we always find a way to complicate so very simple things.

Osibanjo himself knows that he is NOT the president and there are limits to what he can and must do in exercising his duty as the acting president.
Nobody voted for Osibanjo but rather people voted for illiterate Buhari and he remains the president until his tenure expires, impeached or dies. All these noises about Osibanjo can do this or can that is nothing more than an empty noise. So you people think if a dispute goes to court, you think the court will rule against Buhari? Think well. The court will have to bear in mind things including setting a precedent amongst other things.

Lightening:
In the eyes of the law, the president and commander in chief of Nigeria is Osibanjo. Until Buhari writes to the National assembly notifying them of his resumption, whatever he does in the capacity of the president is ultra vires. Get the drift please.

Calm down bro, when you consider the current political situation in Nigeria, you will agree that it will be better that Buhari sign the budget to avoid technical jargons of interpreting the law/constitution whereby a party will take the matter to court, which may delay/put on hold the implementation of the budget or better still make a case for impeachment. Prevention is better than cure they say, Buhari signing the budget is in the best interest of the country considering the current political situation of the country as at today.

Please note that the signing of the budget by Osibanjo is not an issue because that has been settled by law, I am only of the opinion that they just want to take a proactive measure to avoid anything that can delay the implementation of the budget.

It is absolutely nonsense to suggest that it is in the best interest of the country for buhari to sign the budget even in the state that he is also considering he has not written a letter to the house that he is resuming work. That is more reason for the govt to be taken to court.
