It's a marketing job. I went for the interview last week. Got a message for training but I didn't go. The lady informed me that their salary is 80k. However, based on my observation, they cant pay that because their workers look unpaid.

Secondly, they is something wrong with the job. Why tagging it investment associate instead of direct sales Agent. They was a thread that they tagged the same job as relationship officer on nairaland here. I am very sure the change of name is to entice many people.

Kindly ignore the big grammar.. the job is 80k with a target of 10 million naira. The salary is based on performance. If you ask for an increase in pay, ur target is going to increase.....you can give it a try if u have so much time to waste

every job involve something in return is not compulsory you meet the target but you must have something reasonable to bring to table. it won't be a permanent target job because things will change and you will have a new role..even bank give be target and they pay 40k.you should go and d fight bank.

I have ignored posts on SLG, but I think I'll just say this now that different infos are flying around about them.
I did their interview and also went for the training. Right from the beginning of the training, I knew I wasn't going back there. Asides the fact that I'm seeing different target figures here, I don't think they are as big as how they portray themselves to be. We were told to individually source for 20million monthly for a probationary period of 3 months, then we'll be staffed(and probably increase targets cos salary increases). The lady even went as far as asking us to make merchandise with our money to help the coy advertise. Part of their incompetence is SLG mistakenly sending me someone else's Offer Letter where I saw other criteria which were not passed across during training/interview (different salary, increased target and so on). Some people may not mind the job terms and conditions, why I refused to comment about it earlier after seeing a lot of posts accusing and defending them. I'm not discouraging anyone, I'll just advise you to be very sure of what you're getting into before commitment and/or SLG should do a thorough review. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

The fact that your family man didnt complain doesnt mean all is well. I am sure you are one of the them. Why attacking me? Some one ask for info about slg and I gave my honest view based on my experience with them. The fact that millions are unemployed doesnt mean they are slaves. They have to appraise their options carefully. Honestly, slg cant pay 80k based on what I saw that day.

They might say you will be paid 80k when you bring 10m but that is not how bank do. Either you make sales or not bank pay your basic salary.

@king of Abia my bro remember we were there together last week for interview? Immediately I left there that day, I got another invite for another interview same week, they are very unprofessional and unorganized set of people, the HR lady was even fighting with her male colleague in my presence that day. If you've not been there, I will advice you to go and see things for yourself.
