Buhari Is Using Jonathan’s Ideas To Fight Corruption – APC Rep, Olasupo by ijustdey: 8:55am On May 20, 2017

A member of the House of Representatives, Abiodun Olasupo has said the measures being used to fight corruption were developed by Goodluck Jonathan’s government.

Olasupo said this while speaking at the inauguration of projects in his constituency on Friday.

He stated that Jonathan’s administration lacked the political will to implement them.

The lawmaker said results had been forthcoming since the Muhammadu Buhari administration came on board to implement the polices.

“You should not be surprised that all the measures used in the anti-corruption crusade today were developed by President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration,” he said.

“The Jonathan administration developed the policies of whistle blowing, Bank Verification Number (BVN), Treasury Single Account (TSA) but lacked the political will to implement them.

“You can see that the implementation by President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration is bringing the desired results”, he added.

The qualities of a Good leader/President are "vision, integrity, courage , understanding.

“The Jonathan administration developed the policies of whistle blowing, Bank Verification Number (BVN), Treasury Single Account (TSA) but lacked the political will to implement them.

These are the times that call for bold, confident, courageous leadership.

His not being courageous to take the necessary decision was the cause of his downfall.

Nigerians are suffering worst case of hunger and hardship over decades of independence under this Buhari led FG because of very wrong implementation approaches and processes. General management capability is not universal according to chandler, rather it depends on the environmental situations.
Instead of institutionalizing fight against corruption, Buhari personalized it.

Not until we have people as vibrant, sound and young as Micron, Nigeria and Africa will remain in darkness to the benefit of the developed countries like USA and UK.

Buhari uses his NEPA bill certificate sense to do 'catch am', 'jail am'

That's why Saraki said and advocated the need to prioritize deterrence rather punishment

We know Buhary to be a dullard fighting corruption only on the media and pages of newspapers. No single conviction after 24 Months in power.

You can only fight corruption through technology and policies, not through propaganda and deafening noise making.
