Open with a file explorer.
U can download ES file explorer on playstore if u don't have.

Yes. But they will reimburse us once it is confirmed we came for the test.
It will be sent to your bank account provided youut in a valid bank account details

2 pages. It should contain ur passport photograph, ur venue and login code and some other instructions
