please, how much does fidelity pay its contract staff (Retail Sales). pls be sincere n specific as this will affect the decision am about to take tomoro sunday. am called documentation on monday n the same day n time, a microfinance calls me for recovery officer. what do i do ? Be your brother's keeper. waiting for your reply....

A cousin of mine that worked there years back said it should be up to 50k.

Retail Sales Agent........ 100k but will take home 98k after tax, Direct Sales Agent .... 50k with or without meeting target for the month. U can get additional 100k for RSA if u meet 100% target. It all depends on d percentage of the set target u meet per month.


Strickly monitored by infopool, they don't also hesitate to terminate ur contract after 6 months if u don't meet the target.

They always call for contract staff because they lay them off due to target often. So keep ur ears and eyes open. It can be anytime
