I dont think its so much about a way of dressing than sensitivity to the holy spirit and an understanding of the fatherhood of God. It isnt possible to dress well without these relationships functioning properly. Even if one did dress " well" what is the motive? Fear, religiousity or love. Here is an example of love;

"So if what I eat causes another believer to sin, I will never eat meat again as long as I live--for I don't want to cause another believer to stumble" 1 Cor 8:13

Stumbling doesnt have to be sexual, it can be as simple as leading others to doubt Gods love for them because of your "slaying". Such things are permisdible in the world system but not in a body of love. This is why i love the way VPYO's wife dresses. It could even be stumbling to awaken in other women the desire to embrace consumerism. Of course some dont care about the walk of other "weak" believers but love cares.

It isnt about wearing cheap ugly clothes. It is more about modesty, appropriatness and fit.

You can also ask yourself if what you wear would be well thought of by your earthly father. This probably is the first question. " honor your father and mother" before we even get to loving others.

I find the words of 1 Corinthians Chapter 8 to be especially refreshing in this matter:

Personally i believe the mode of dressing of a Christian should be such that it doesn't provoke another human to sin. A woman wearing trousers was viewed as being immodestly dressed. Well actually is still viewed as such by those who view themselves as pure.

my brother these are some of the things the church no longer pay attention to but rather make emphasis on prosperity teachings and staged miracles. The truth is that the church want to appear flexible even if it means keeping silent on moral teachings of Jesus. Just pay ur tithe to fund their expensive life styles and u are promised salvation. Sometimes the church is silent on moral teaching just to keep the large crowed. Observe the churches that have large crowed u will notice that all are free to dress whichever way that pleases them.
