what do u lookout for when u trade?... and as for the gold I see a bullish week at least for the main time...I made my gains on the silver and gold trades but the cad/jpy pair reduced my pips gains...but the day was positive.

Yes you are entirely correct. That rule is made for 5% traders who intend to trade fx for a living .Not for everyone as you stated

Supply/Demand levels, trigger signals within these supply and demand levels and profit margin.

Nice one with your gold trade, but I m more comfortable rolling with the sellers till we breach my supply zone. I like to be at the beginning of a new counter trend if I can .
