Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has slammed President Buhari's personal assistant on new media, Bashir Ahmad over his tweet about President Buhari's achievement in two years.

Ahmad had on Tuesday listed the creation of 40,000 email addresses for government officials as part of the president's achievement.

In reaction, the Bayelsa state senator said "No matter how you spin it, the creation of 40,000 email addresses is not an achievement. Why are these people doing this to President Muhammadu Buhari? A Presidential spokesman should speak because he has something to say, not because he wants to say something. 40, 000 email addresses is saying something. It would have been better to be silent. Opening email account? Really!!!"

Some Nigerians also stormed Ahmad's timeline over the statement and forced him to delete his #PMBtriumpsAt2 tweets.
