Yes it's already part of ERGP. The North East has strategic reserves of gem resources. Northwest has the precious metals such as gold. Gas would dwarf not sure about gems.

Most of our oil not not being used. There's the big bitumen deposit in SW and potential Lake Chad oil north east in Borno.
