safarigirl:LOL. But I think he's just been a good boy. You don't want to talk badly about your current employers, especially that bald racist, else he may frustrate you and not let you go. Whoever is teaching him this PR is doing a great job. You just can't implicate him by his words in the press. |

Kakamorufu:sometimes here...I clamour for foreign born and groomed stars reason because they reason far ahead of our home grown players... they're better exposed and they place their career ahead of anything else.... you see the young man has chosed to be his own problem.... we should all let him be. |

safarigirl:I think he is just being diplomatic. Looks foolish on the surface but there's a method to it. We live in an age where information travels faster than the speed of light. Any bad word against his current employers might prejudice his prospective employers. You know, like they say if you go for an interview, never criticise your former employer. |

I think my beloved forumites have already answered correctly. In fact any match that is considered in the FIFA ranking system will tie down the player. Come to think of it. The ranking takes into consideration matches played by countries in the past as well. So we dont want a situation were a player made contributions to different teams, which will make the system flawed. Just me exploring the logic behind the FIFA rule. Mujtahida: |

According to a report by owngoalnigeria.com, Isaac Success requested a three day break to rest before joining the team. And Rohr asked him not to bother to come at all. He was hardly playing all season, why is he asking for break? Onyekuru and Kayode who have been active all season are not asking for breaks. |

tbaba1234:that one is lazy. He must think he's Victor Moses. If Onyekuru puts in a good shift this period, he should prepare to kiss his position goodbye. We have enough wingers that actually take the NT seriously |

I agree, we see them often like that while on club duty. But don't forget their playing position in their club sides are due to other factors as well, not just their natural position. The strengths of their team members are also taking into consideration. Modern wingers can play both flanks. Onyekuru is right footed meaning whenever he plays on the right he could make some crosses every now and then. But from the left he cuts in almost all the time, due to his inferior left. Conversely, if he were left footed. I've seen Iheanacho play on the left flank, and he can be a wonderful crosser from there. At the U17 he was the number 10, but we saw him often times operate from the right flank. He would cut in and use his left to shoot. Remember his Tanzania goal. Etebo, of course you already stated a fact.. I like the humor there. We would need him soon as GK. our GK crises.. pheewww sontoly: |

Let the ANS/OGN media war continue. This is from ANS Exclusive: Success Withdraws From Togo, RSA Games; Watford Write NFF About Groin Injury Published: May 26, 2017 Exclusive: Success Withdraws From Togo, RSA Games; Watford Write NFF About Groin InjuryAllnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Watford young star Isaac Success has withdrawn from Nigeria's upcoming international friendly against Togo (June 1) and the African Cup of Nations qualifier against South Africa (June 10). There is no mischief involved in the striker pulling out of the Super Eagles squad as he is currently down with a groin injury he sustained at Watford, and the Nigeria Football Federation are aware of his ailment. As a result of the groin complaint, Success was conspicuously absent from the match day squads when the Hornets tackled Chelsea and Manchester City in their last two games in the Premier League. Watford wrote to the Nigeria Football Federation straightaway when Success's name popped up among the invitees for the get-together in Corsica and Paris, demanding that he should be excused. The former Granada starlet is presently in the United Kingdom but expected to arrive his homeland as from this weekend. Ifeanyi Emmanuel http://allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=23187 |

Well, I don't know if he changed his mind but, he initially said that he wants his son to rep England in the age grade categories then he can make up his mind about which senior team to rep later. O pari BascoVanVeli: |
