Which Is The Best Bank In Nigeria To Open A Domiciliary Account ? by IamaNigerianGuy(op):
I need to make dollar purchases online from foreign vendors so I need a 'dom' account and accompanying master or visa card. Problem is , at the first bank I visited (Union Bank) I was informed that I would be charged $20 per transaction ! ( I had no desire to discuss further with the rep after that).

Please inform me: which bank has reasonable fees and efficient service ?
(I am aware this question has been asked on this forum in the past but most of the answers are outdated and I need current information.)

Thanks in advance for your response(s).
