a friend of mine graduated with a second class lower of 3.47, and he intend doing his masters in well and drilling engineering, in USA or any oil producing country, is it possible for him go on with d masters or is dere any chance of him doing it, and also what are d procedure or requirement for applying for masters degree. I don't think any school in the us will accept that grade for msc

You can opt for master in USA some schools will take you on but
Chances are pretty slim .. research dear
You might have to do extra year or two again at Uni

It's not really, but if you factor the money and time he put in to getting that 3.47 you'd know it's a complete waste.

That's why I keep saying, if you're to school make sure it's just to acquire knowledge, nothing else. Don't look at the grades.

That might be the universe telling him to do something else or enjoy life.

Many schools will take dat result easy, d problem is finance..
