What about employers that specify 0-1 year experience, and when you get to the interview, they start asking you questions as someone who has had 10 years experience??

Majority of people served in government institutions and no matter how much they "proved" themselves, they cannot be hired. Celebrate your retainment and stop posting nonsense.
