First stop touching the pimples to prevent introducing infections to it

Wash your face with soap and water very often if possible every 2 hours it will make the skin look better

Go to a dermatologist if you can afford it its cheaper

I know neo medrol works but I don't know if it may work with the magnitude of yours

Stop masturbating if you do

Change your diet

Please see a qualified doctor

Use your urine every morning and before u sleep to clean your face, allow it to dry up for about 20mins, then rinse with clean water. It works like magic because I use it and people ask me how my spots are leaving my face fast. Good luck.

take some cloves of garlic, grind it in a container then add hot water, allow to sit for some hours 2-3. then use the extract as a face cleanser. if u like u can still leave the grounded chaf inside the extract.
use before u bath in the morning because of d smell of the garlic. or after taking ur bath at nite. afta 3weeks u will be surprised.

face mask of honey,egg-white and banana. Stop it with the creams and soap,chemicals are the last things you need.
Feed your skin with organic products and watch it glow

You can easily use natural remedies to help with the blackhead removal and the healing of the scarring gotten from the blackhead but in order to keep it off you'll need to follow the guidelines I'll give.
Forgive any inaccuracies in advance.
Black heads are basically sebum/oil in your face that has been exposed to air and dead skin cells on your face which causes your facial pores to get clogged so all you have to do is unclog your pores and try to maintain it that way.
The steps in the routine are:
1. Cleansing. You need to clean your face regularly... That is morning and night... Because of all the sweat, dirt and possibly makeup that's gotten on faces during the day. You can use a regular soap but I prefer black soap.. Not dudu osun.
You can also use honey and two drops of lemon oil or the juice of half a lemon, mix and apply. Wash it off after 5-15 minutes. Honey will help unclog your pores and the lemon juice or oil will dry up the black heads and reduce scarring... It will also help brighten (not lighten)[/b]your face. You can alternate nights for soap and mornings for honey
2. Exfoliate. This is a very important part as this is the one that helps with opening your pores and unclogging it. You can use a homemade sugar scrub
[b]If you need a good recipe, just let me know
Or you could decide to buy a scrub but be wary of the ones with harmful ingredients that might irritate your skin. This should be done weekly
3. Moisturize. While your face is still wet, apply a moisturizer on it to seal in the water allowing your face to be supple and hydrated... I would advice using coconut oil (very sparingly though) or almond oil because they help with retaining moisture and reduction of discoloration and scarring. This should be done daily

4. Facial Masking. Because the steps above open your pores up, it will be advisable to use a facial mask that will tighten the pores because if your pores are constantly open, you'll be more prone to blackheads(acne). You can buy a generic mask or make your own clay mask. If you would like a recipe let me know. You can do this once a week or once in two weeks

With these basic steps, your face should be clear in a month but you'll start seeing the difference within a week or 10 days.

Finally, I know this post is pretty long but in the long term, you'll need to consistent with the above steps. Also, you'll need to watch what the amount of sugars you consume because they cause insulin levels in your body to increase which in turn causes rapid skin cell growth and that can cause the blackheads to return.

I've read some of d suggestions on this thread, many pure sarcasm.
All I jst wanna tell u is, irrespective of wot u use, 2 things are key viz
1. Keep ur face dry (oil free & don't rub on it unnecessarily)
2. Don't toy wt d pimples wen they com ie, don't try to burst it. Let it run it's course & it'll go wt minimal disruption 2 ur face.

use food supplement (Trevor in particular), you can apply it on it and also drink.. with God it will work, I believe... also, avoid peeling or pressing... Avoid the eye area and do not apply to any part other than the surface areas.

Honey and lemon juice. The lemon will work on the black heads, while the honey will open your pores and soothe the skin. Wear mixture for five minutes and then wash off.

You should avoid medicated soaps as they're often too harsh on the skin. I use dudu osun and it works just fine. You could try it or any other soap recommended here.
My sister uses Lemon fresh body cream and dudu Osun soap. Her face is as smooth as baby's bottom.
Then again, we aren't prone to acne in my family.

Natural remedies are your best option so you don't aggravate the situation using all these chemical mixtures that react differently to various skin types, and spending a lot of money on things that won't work for you.

You mean getting the fruits fresh? Wouldn't storage or preservation be a problem? Moreover, lemon might be hard to find in some places

Or is there any other way lemon can be gotten?

1 use half cup of dry gin, 2 mixed it with Oshogbo weed,3 Add alligator pepper,3 mixed all together with petrol and apply 3x daily for 1 week and see another wonderful face of yours ok good luck!

1. Adin Dudu

2. Ata etu Ibon

3. Imi Ojo

all this will cost u btw N300 and N500.

grind both 2 and 3 and mix it with 1 thoroughly. Start using it as cream. rubbing it on that spot. that is all.

Visit elewe omo inside any local market and buy.

This work wonder on any rashes and black spot.
