Hello house, pls I need response on this issue I have presently from IQAS? I faxed my other supporting documents on May 6th via HELLOFAX and till now I'm yet to get a mail acknowledging they have received all my documents for the process from them, despite all my emails to them .They only claimed or confirmed that got my payment and online application?Confirmed from my Uk Sch dat my transcripts was sent to them on May 10th, and HELLOFAX confirmed to me via email that my documents were viewed by them on May 22nd.Below is their latest reply to my email. "Please be advised that IQAS does not accept emailed or scanned documents either from clients or issuing institutions. IQAS accepts official, paper transcripts that confirm graduation, and which are sent directly by the issuing institution. Faxed documents, whether viewed or not, are not considered submitted for purposes of the application process. Please refer to the status updates outline below to clarify the document requirements." Pls house advice on my next move. Thanks |

joyuzo: Tell your U.K. School to courier to IQAS. I guess you will have to pay extra for that service though. |

Good day fam, I am about to evaluate my BSc using IQAS but something bothers me and I need clarification. I have completed my MSc and will have my MSc certificate ready by January next year. However, I could get a statement of result sooner though (not sure when). My question now is this: Will I be able to use my MSc certificate to apply for jobs if I get the PR with my BSc even when my MSc is not on my EE profile ? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Nobody: 7:52pm On May 29, 2017 |
anaxagoras:Na wa oh. IQAS has her transcript. Only her cert and others need sending via non-electronic means. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Chordata(m): 7:59pm On May 29, 2017 |
joyuzo: I guess this is one advantage WES has over IQAS. You can fax your certificates to WES. Except of course they were speaking strictly about the transcript in your case. Can you ask your school to send the tracking number for your transcript? That way you can find out what J MAPLE did with it. |

Hello All, I want to find out, we recently paid for WES for my wife who is the PA, and we plan to evaluate her BSc. and her MBA. We also plan to evaluate my MA. My question is this; can we use her WES reference number to verify my own credentials also? That way, my university in the US can send my transcript directly to WES for verification. The reason for this is that we are thinking it will save us an additional $233. Kindly advice. Thank you. |

joyuzo: I want to believe that IQAS is talking about transcripts. I sent all my documents via hellofax except the transcript which was sent directly to them by my school via courier and I had no issues. Same for many others on this forum. Please call them tomorrow to clarify. Get your reference number handy to ensure a seamless interaction. Cheers Looping: miella, Chordata 4 Likes |

joyuzo: Your next move is to confirm how your transcript was sent cos I can confirm to you that supporting docs are received via fax by IQAS. 2 Likes |

saddyn: Please refer to my initial response and evaluate your situation in the light of IRCC requirements. For emphasis, unpaid internships do not count. Here is the link below; http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp 2 Likes |

40manlappy: In addition, you may need to first confirm that the company where you did the internship will be willing to give you a reference letter. Most companies only give reference letters to their permanent staff (they do not generally give reference letters to interns and contract staff). One reason for this is that they do not carry out thorough background checks on interns/contract staff and as such it's not wise to issue reference letters from a legal perspective. PS: I'm referring to multinationals though; smaller companies may not care. 1 Like |

40manlappy:Thanks so much for all your speedy response.I really appreciate.I will surely give my school a call by morning and also call IQAS too.But I'm thinking of re-faxing my supporting documents again by morning, just in case? I guess it's fine too. This is surely going to delay my assessment results, although,I'm expecting my IELTS results on 7th June...Fingers crossed on that 1 Like |

For a family of 4 requiring PoF of about $22k ie N7 million, how .much of this can be in the form pension savings? Also how much can be split by the couple? I have about N3 million in my pension account while my husband has about N4 million. Thanks |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Chordata(m): 11:59pm On May 29, 2017 |
drchic: I won't advice you use pension savings as your main POF except its the additional voluntary contribtution (AVC). Even that one may have k-leg in the near future if the rules are changed. Use your pension savings as additional POF to satisfy them beyond reasonable doubt. Based on the law you should be able to access 25% of your contribution if you're out of work for about 4 months. That's NGN1.75million in total. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by optionese: 12:01am On May 30, 2017 |
drchic: 22k is about 5.3 million. Use xe. com, on the pension issue I don't know how it works but you should ask your pension officer. The money can be spilt between spouses. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by optionese: 12:13am On May 30, 2017 |
joyuzo:/quote] Perhaps due to pressure, IQAS has changed the rules.@joyuzo I suggest you call IQAS for clarification. Considering all the pressure it won't be a bad idea to send it through NIPOST (people here have given great reviews) that way you have a back up plan . Also if you sent your documents on the 6th May, it's still too early to expect a mail 1 Like |
