Well if u put ANSU, then chances are high....and for the data correction, The form is #2,500 bank will charge you, and CBT centre will charge you....total should be range from #3000-----#3500

two things:
1]Jamb has closed the window, thus making ur payment futile

OR

2]d window is temporaily down, thus elongating ur Change period!......


But one thing is SURE, ur money can never waste!

Please while going to do your change of course/institution This are the things you need to know
-Make sure you dont generate the wrong RRR,...we have two change of course/institution form on jamb homepage!....There is one on the side bar which will ask you for Exam year, registration no and preferred choice of uni....Pls ignore this one!....The 2nd one is a pop-up page after you have clicked on register on the fp of your jamb-This is for 2017...So pls don'nt fall a prey!
-Finger-printing is important. so pls don't help anybody.
-Zenith bank is the best to pay for ur RRR....oda banks are rather slow in d transaction...u may have to wait for a long time if you use oda banks!....
-It is only a cbt centre that is allowed to make corrections...Dont fall prey to some cyber cafes!
-Make sure you take more than 2500. As banks and cbt centres will charge you for their services!....

It might not necessarily be a scam, D cafe may be an afflilate of a CBT centre!....But dis is somewhat impossible!...Pls Do dally-dally into it, Get yourself to A CBT centre and say no to GAMBLING
