fulanmafia:Do know the conditions for Referendum by UN If you don't know, pls consult East Timor, South Sudan and Former Yugoslavia Conditions for UN Referendum 1) Member States can invite UN for Referendum eg India and Pakistan 2) Long unresolved secessionist war of about 25years brings about UN Referendum eg South Sudan 3) Second secessionist uprising brings about UN Referendum eg East Timor Ogbuefi2020 shakaboom chigboboss take note of what I am telling fulanmafia |

kingzizzy:If you say Restructuring is not possible because of difficult constitutional requirements, how do you then think secession will then be possible? The main hurdle to restructuring is not necessarily the constitution, it is our elites - both political and business elites from all tribes including Ndigbo. The elites of Nigeria are too pampered and enjoy huge advantages, they will not let go of these advantages willingly. If only the southern elites advocate for restructuring, believe me the north will start panicking and initiate negotiations. Now tell me how many national assembly members advocate for restructuring. Name just one Ndigbo son advocating for restructuring. Tell me one civil society group advocating for restructuring. Tell me just one party that has restructuring as part of its manifesto. NONE. |

HiddenShadow: HiddenShadow:And I hope you're aware that the UN referendum in East Timor was on the request of their President Habibie and was not forced on the country (which is impossible as signatories to the UN charter)? Is it Nnamdi Kanu that wants to ask for the UN Referendum ? Well goodluck with that - knowing the most influential members of the UN (US/UK) have stated their positions on Nigeria in clear terms. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/01/restructuring-uk-united-nigeria-high-commissioner/ http://punchng.com/we-are-for-one-nigeria-says-britain/ http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/198338-us-resumes-training-nigerian-troops-anti-terror-war.html LISTEN.. I am not trying to antagonize or distress you, but to let you know your ONLY way out is through DIPLOMACY and not throwing insults, threats and blackmail at other Nigerians that you need to achieve your dream. Goodbye . |

wirinet:The answer to your question lies here Conditions for UN Referendum 1) Member States can invite UN for Referendum eg India and Pakistan 2) Long unresolved secessionist war of about 25years brings about UN Referendum eg South Sudan 3) Second secessionist uprising brings about UN Referendum eg East Timor Nigeria/Biafra is playing out like Indonesia/East Timor crisis This crisis will culminate between 2027 and 2030 Northerners have 2 choices before them Restructure or forget One Nigeria that includes Igbos |

fulanmafia:Must you turn every thread to Biafra thread, you are the first to drag Biafra into this thread. Once again, look at the people that spoke, none of them is Biafran yet they said the same thing the Biafrans have been saying. Why not tell us how your Dullard has been working to tackle this?

fulanmafia:Close your mouth You are talking to a historian on secessionist movements Go and read about the violence that erupted in Christian dominated East Timor which prompted the UN to conduct a referendum It wasn't the President of Indonesia but the violent uprising that brought in the UN to conduct referendum Why do you think Nigerian military left their duty post after Amnesty International wrote a pro Biafran report |

Ogbuefi2020:You seem not to understand how the political elite operate. They tell the masses whatever they want to hear to get the support of the masses, but when they get to positions of authority they do something completely different. Imagine Prof Jerry Gana talking about restructuring, this is someone who had been milking this crooked structure all his life. Even Atiku claim to have had the "Damascus road" experience and seen the light of restructuring. Give him the presidency and see if he is truly born again. |

SHAKABOOM:Some of them don't know what Nnamdi Kanu has cooked up for them First: He has taken over the mantle of Igbo leadership and will be the only one to be consulted when the time comes unlike 2016 when the US investigation team approached Ohaneze Second: He will give Northerners enough time to reject Restructuring before the whole world for a long time Third: Second secessionist uprising will erupt like the case of East Timor and Indonesia Fourth : UN will intervene through a referendum Unknown to Fulanmafia, Amnesty International has laid the foundation for it Chigboboss Shakaboom Ogbuefi2020 wirinet |

Jonathan's National Conference Report is with the Senate, Hse of Rep, the 36 State Assemblies and the Presidency. Let these National Assemblies bring out The Report and seriously deliberate upon it, adjust, amend and approve it by a two-third majority. It becomes a Referendum of the people of Nigeria and an Alternate and a suplementary Constitution to move Nigeria forward. Let us not wait till the Igbos absolve the Ijaws and the Ibibios into their contrived Biafra and run with our oil. Or till The Caliphate import all the importable Arabs Tuaregs and Fulanis to infiltrate the 36 states to vote for their kind whenever necessary. No one is talking about RECONSTRUCTING THE COUNTRY. That will be expensive and a slap on our Military Heros who gave us the 36 States. We are asking, as part of approving The Jonathan National Conference Report, to restructure The Exclusive List to make The 36 States very autonomous with regards to sourcing and spending their resources and making uniform contributions to FG. |

fulanmafia:https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Timor East Timor was colonised by Portugal in the 16th century, and was known as Portuguese Timor until 28 November 1975, when the Revolutionary Front for an Independent East Timor (FRETILIN) declared the territory's independence. Nine days later, it was invaded and occupied by Indonesia and was declared Indonesia's 27th province the following year. The Indonesian occupation of East Timor was characterised by a highly violent decades-long conflict between separatist groups (especially FRETILIN) and the Indonesian military. In 1999, following the United Nations-sponsored act of self-determination, Indonesia relinquished control of the territory. East Timor became the first new sovereign state of the 21st century on 20 May 2002 and joined the United Nations and the Community of Portuguese Language Countries . In 2011, East Timor announced its intention to gain membership status in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) by applying to become its eleventh member. [12] It is one of only two predominantly Christian nations in Southeast Asia, the other being the Philippines Now answer the following questions 1) Was there violence before UN intervened 2) Why didn't Indonesia conduct a referendum but had to wait for a UN referendum. Chigboboss Shakaboom Ogbuefi2020 wirinet pls you guys should ask fulanmafia these 2 questions after reading the main content I extracted |

HiddenShadow:I can forgive your naivity. It may be due to high emotions and so unable to think thing clearly for now. How can you compare Nigeria to Indonesia. Nigeria has one crucial commodity - Crude Are you aware of the international forces that is interested in Nigeria? There is of course the British, then there are the Americans (who are even still interested in have a base in the Gulf of Guinea), you have the predatory French who are ready to pounce on the oil rich areas bordering Cameroon. Do not forget the Chinese who are looking to expand their influence into Africa, especially Nigeria. I almost forgot Iran, Saudi Arabia and other Arab states that wants to exert their influence in Nigeria. Please do not pray for a conflict, it might result in a kind of 'Mutually Assured Destruction' war, with different groups armed and supported by different international forces. Please never pray for a conflict |

HiddenShadow:Oh yes there was violence no doubt, it DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACT that the UN Referendum was on the request of the Indonesian President Habibie (as contained in my extract above) and not any albino fraudster. I emphasize that the UN cannot force a referendum on its members. Good luck with your violence and see you in 2027.
