In reality we have to deregulate the price of petrol. But I would advice government review the minimum wage before then. |

gurunlocker: For once, APC isn;t to blame. We should have built 4-5 additional refineries since we finished Kaduna in the 1980's. We should have also removed fuel subsidy back in 2012. Well....we dont have new refineries, and we no longer have the cash to keep fuel low (and fuel has been sold above N140 since 2013.....except in Lagos and Abuja...where it went for N97 till 2016.) |

icedfire: It would be a good idea to force the Senate to cut its spending....but that won't provide the extra money we need to keep fuel prcies low...nor would it build the five new refineries we need to end fuel imports. (And we don;t even have the means to get cash....oil is low). |

kennieG: Well....in 2012...millions of Nigerians did force GEJ to reduce PMS price from N140....to N97 . (Not that that was a good decision....but it shows the masses werent toothless) And then, we could afford to cut fuel prices. Oil was at $100 and above. Now it is at $50. We don;t have the money to even pay salaries...talkless of paying fuel subsidy. |

I think APC will make history as the first newly created party to be massively voted out on all levels by 2019, starting with PMB down to the ordinary APC chairman.
