Why can't they allow CBT centres to continue handling this COC? i'm sure it's because of extortion, but how much do they want to extort for change of course that will be like this bullshit? People will risk their lives just to visit JAMB office for COC, won't they spend money for transport? Why can't that money just be paid to CBT centres, sure they can't charge more than #500....
