Bought my car in March 2017 and did the servicing immediately. Manufacturers approved oil is 5W20 but its not available in Nigeria. my mechanic says i will do the maintenance again in October after 6months. He says i will only have to service it again if i travel on a very long distance i.e east and back to Lagos.

Oil: 0w-20 (Toyota synthetic oil)
Price: ₦3500 each (₦17,500)
Quantity: 4 and a half litres
Oil filter: ₦3000 (briscoe)

Same conditions above apply here.

2009 Camry and you use 20w50 oil! Just price the engine and you'll advise yourself better.

That car requires 5w20 oil

1 year or 10,000 Km whichever comes first for both.

Mile master 2w20 or Primaxx 5w20 Champion 5w20. Depending on which of them I can find at the time for both. (between N8,500 - N14,000).

Either 3.6 or 3.7 litres thereabouts for both.

Denso OEM filter 3,000.

Service Charge: N1,000.00 for each.

That's the recommended engine oil 5w-30. It has the 3MZ 3.3l engine which is used in 2004 to 2006 Toyota Sienna & some Highlander models with slightly different turning.

I'm not sure of other models that share the same engine @Kingreign over to you.

Toyota Motor Oil 5w20. That oil is light and very sweet. I use that and distribute to my colleagues at work. Costs 3k per Quart.

I concur. Ever since i used the toyota motor oil 5w-30 on my camry i've vowed never to go back to mobil 1. Driving experience is a lot better. I ordered it via konga.com (3,333 per quartz. (7 quartz as engine is 3.5L )

Where can i get authentic OEM oil filter for camry 2007-2011 3.5L engine. After servicing my car in march i noticed that each time i start the car when engine is cold, the engine makes a grinding noise for 1-3 seconds. Two weekends ago I changed my oil from mobil 1 5w-30 to toyota oil 5w-30 and the sound has since stopped. I dont know if the problem was with the engine oil or oil filter.
