A peep into any Nigerian job board would reveal that some job roles appear often. Meaning they are high-demand jobs/skills, the kinds that no organisation can do without, whether big or small.

We’ve listed a few of them. Dig in, and see which skills you should begin to work on, in order to get hired faster:



1. Graphic Designing

Also known as communication design, this is the art and practice of planning and projecting ideas and experiences with visual and textual content. All startups and big organisation promote their brands online and offline, using captivating designs that can only done by talented graphics designers. The demand for this skill has opened a new business opportunity for Nigerians, as you’ll find a number of skilled people opening Instagram accounts that provides graphics design services.



2. Content Marketing

Content marketing is a strategic marketing approach focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly-defined audience — and, ultimately, to drive profitable customer action. 9: Political thuggery

No special skill required, just be really loyal to any politician and ready to lick they arse.

10: Agbero

No special skill required here either just be very good at, constituting nuisance then find the nearest Bus-Stop and boy you made.

11. G boy

Skil: Just know the basics of operating a computer and create/buy a few scripts.. you go employ yourself and even your fomer employers.

12: Politician

Skill: non required just hold a certificate in anything (even if na Nepa bill) and be fantastically corrupt and you are good to go. Oh.. One more thing... you might need to be a Northerner. It's kinda compulsory these days.

13. PASTOR My favorite cool

Skill: Just be really good in mind games and using peoples head, you need to be able to twist the scriptures just enough to suit your purpose, feed them alot of bull crap and top it with repeated threats of hell if they don't do as you say. ... make I stop here..

many skills re employable even sales girl and factory workers are on high demand. The questions to ask Is

how rewarding are these employments

how secure are this employment ( u can get fired anytime )

Are there any retirement benefits

is the work load and work hours commensurate with pay

do I get to improve my self, gain new skill set and broaden my horizon on the job or do I just remain in the capacity the establishment need me for for the rest of my career.
