It is not compulsory to exhaust the three minutes. So far you exceed ten seconds, you can skip to the next question.

I used ear piece during mine ooo cos it's a recording not a live video and since the voice played back okay during testing, u should test before u begin sha

I just got a mail from shell that I have not done my video interview and I did not receive a link to it. How did you guys go about it, did u receive a link or sth?

You have just spoken my mind. Some people will just sit back and be waiting for others to finish so as to reveal the questions they were asked.

The only thing I can do, is to tell you how it works, not the exact questions I was asked. After all, you have the practice session before the actual interview. Some may call it selfishness, to others it's professionalism.

We are only here to solve problems pertaining to issues in registration, experience and observations during the whole exercise.

Don't mind the kids. They think they are still in school where you collabo and nothing much is at stake. There is no cooperation here but competition. This platform is just to share info about the recruitment exercise without letting out your competitive advantage. Businesses in the same industry also confer to talk about changes in the industry and government policies but nobody goes there to reveal their trade secrets. This is the corporate world! This is the business world! This is competition! Compete or die is an old saying in the business world. Yes, life is not all about Shell and Shell is not all about life. But you've got to be smart. My 2 cents.

You won't totally call people selfish,I for one have got a video for all the tests except the video interview which I also intend to record soon,however the whole video is about 29mins, how can i use my airtime or data to send a video that long to several people who need it out of my pocket,it would cost me and also consume my time. I decided to just keep quiet about it cuz i dont see myself asking u guys for money or airtime to give u the questions so u can practice and hv an idea. So to me its not about selfishness, however those close to me can contact me to meet me in person for the video "free of charge"...I would gladly share via Bluetooth...Below are screenshots of the vide...
