Good morning, to those that had upgraded to Android 6.0. Is there anyway of changing this phone's imei number, if there's pls help me out.

abeg after the upgrade I get these icon(like a circle inside a box) beside the network and speed display at the top and I think it's throttling ma speed. help

It dosent affect ur speed. That should be ur smart gestures signal. If you go to the settings,down u will see advanced settings. When u click on it,u have a variety of options to set when using ur phone. When they are set,that symbol appears at the top indicating smart gestures is on

That's looking like the icon for smart bright screen which is under Settings > Advanced Settings > Smart Gestures. I don't think it has anything to do with your network though.

Bro,.. just checking in if you've found a way around the imei changing Issh. I need the drill as well.

I just finished upgrading mine but now all the contacts on my WhatsApp are not showing d names saved...it's only showing numbers. But if I go to my phone book..the names are showing. What do I do please for the WhatsApp own

I downloaded a Primo Walton Custom ROM for M5 Mini and downgraded to Version 5.1 then I got root access with Kingroot.

Search online for Walton Primo RM2 Mini MT6580 Custom ROM. After you've downloaded it, use SP Flash Tools to Flash the new ROM.
Warning:
1. Your data will be formatted. So, make sure you backup.
2. Your android start up logo will change to Walton Primo.
