hello fellow footballers, firstly r.i.p to CHEICK TIOTE who passed away at training for his chinese team at d age of 30....my point here is that we footballers lie a lot about age, an african player can be 46 with a football age of 30 and den we really think training really hard at dat age isnt a gamble?,i.am not saying tiote lied about his age, but we cant rule out d fact dat africa player lie d most....let keep a sane age pls and not minusing over 12 yrs from d real age

only very few African countries can produce the real age players in Age Grade competitions, such country must have a system where players are developed from a very young age of between 4-7 so that the system caters for their Nutrition which is the main reason why we have slow development in Africa. There's no crime if a 21year old claims 17 because physiologically, that's the class he belongs, grouping him with the 'ideal' 21year olds would not bring the best out of him. This age thing is a very complex thing o, don't Blame us in Africa, that's the best thing we can do in the absence of a good system.
