what's this one saying sef......intelligent or not, stop criticizing anyone who has aired his/her own view, everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion or perspective towards life matters .

What these very intelligent folks are posting isn't a view or opinion. They are private company materials they agreed not to disclose.

If you're intelligent you'd know the difference.

Who are these ones acting like they own the place. Are you shell?. What's your business if someone shares any material anywhere. It's really getting weird in here and I don't understand what these folks are sulking about. Inane dudes acting like they can speak English. Grab a seat and wait for whatever letter you deserve. And if you cannot improve the silence, learn to keep your mouth shut. That's an advise you should take seriously.

Kaybams1, have several seats.

There's no faking it in this life. You are who you are and that part of you whatever it stands for will always be what people see when they look at you. You stand a better chance becoming Nigeria's president than the aforementioned.

Seun owns the place, and I'm sure he'd frown at people posting private company materials.

I'd sulk, not because I badly need a Shell job but because our youth and future in this country have a very ridiculous mentality that leaves much to be desired.

If Lalasticlala or Davide470 hide those revealing comments, you'd probably still fightback because they are not Shell and it's none of their business.

Ain't disappointed at all, just feel Shell has lost someone who could have added value to their company. I personally have nothing to loose as I believe something better awaits me. We should all have similar belief instead of arguing with ourselves.

When did you take your interview please?

You should seriously go and find out what you are really angry at. It seems your response is not about ethics but personal issues.
You could have really found a better way to pass your message.
All you did was scream: "I'm commenting right now with uncontrolled emotions!".
Look into it. It's not always how it seems.
madam. What is bad is bad. Google Shell interview question, out of all d countries in d world, only nairaland from Nigeria showed. U are indirectly portraying immorality of Nigerians to d world.

This tells us that we are unethical and people will view us as corrupt. U can help others by saying they should prepare for behavioural interview noting one to two examples. The serious ones will prepare. U are not helping by divulging all questions.

This is not assistance. This is expo more like telling Waec and Jamb students d questions before exam and stating u are helping. Moreover, d exam body, Shell and Cubik told u not to spread d questions and u agreed to it before proceeding to write your test.

It denotes lack of integrity. U are no different from corrupt government official killing d country. Because of this bad exposure, u further make innocent Nigerians abroad suffer

Hello Everyone!

Please, which position is best suited for someone who studied Civil Engineering?

I'll greatly appreciate your response.

P. S.: I intend applying today.
Re: Shell Nigeria Graduate Recruitment 2017 by GeoOla25(m): 7:40am On Jun 07, 2017
here is my judgement: let who ever posted the questions should remove it and let the thread have some peace .
i could remember in the old school days, some people will have access to questions before exams and they will still fail, so question on here or not is not a criteria to get Sh3ll success mail, many will be called but only few will be chosen. let peace reign, let us be supportive of each other, team work brings greater success and let be honest and respectful of other people view also.

i sign out!!!!!!! success mail all the way by God grace.

I really don't understand why some peeps on this thread are sulking over this video interview ish. Were we not asked to practice with this software before the interview(check your email: ' You can take the practice test multiple times, until you get comfortable with the format, before starting the actual interview' )? The last time I checked, Shell didn't develop that app and any one or company can use for practice or as part of their recruitment process.

shell graduate interview questions are on glassdoor - as shared anonymously by those who were both (Un)successful, and I am sure Nigerian youths hardly ever share their interview experience on glassdoor. So, it must have been shared by non-Nigerians.

Also, Nigerians can be very hypocritical, they criticize one thing and do the exact same thing when no eyes are on them.

It's not wrong to criticize, but if you must do, be honest about why you are giving the criticism, because for me, I know those bull crap written in d prev pages has nothing to do with ETHICS.

Especially as we are all still Nigerians! grin

I don't want to get myself involved, but I am just surprised that some people are still arguing. What is wrong is definitely wrong! I have no beef with anyone, whether I pass or not it's dependent on me and shell alone, but our Nigerian mentality is poor.

Let me explain why, for now I work as an Internet and Social Media user experience analyst with a firm that does projects with search engine firms (Google and co) and some other tech firms, and there is this position where vacancy was needed, I helped the firm advertise and all, and the thing with the exam is you will be given a material to use and prepare for the exam, to make this matter more interesting the exam is an open exam; meaning you can use the material why doing the exam, and time is more than enough; I mean hours for the exam (This exam will take me minutes). Now, 2 things to note:

1. Working for that firm, I have the marterial but I can't share it because it's against company policy, even before the exam date (when the firm will give them the material), some people were asking me for the material, meaning they wanted me to willingly annul contract terms (which they too read and agreed to before the commencement of their exams), and saw me as a bad person when I did not. (That says a lot about Nigerian integrity).

2. Some people called me during their exams, to help them answer some questions. (This does not make sense, because the exam questions are what you will be required to do on the job, does that mean after helping them cheat, I would also help them do their jobs? The firm outrightly sacks if your performance is not on par with what they need, so what'sā€‹ the use of cheating? Why not just do to the best of your abilities and leave the rest?)

What is wrong is wrong! Stop defending mediocrity and corruption! That's why we will never move forward in the country, we are very unethical!

This is not about being intelligent or claiming righteous, if you had a company of your own, won't you test people you want to employ? Would you happily employ people who cheated? People who broke your company rules and agreement?

Why do people have low I.q like this...its appalling. If you took the interview, u could decide to reveal your questions or not because you are not bound by any terms or agreement ,with shell, not to divulge it. Shell has no moral justification to hold you accountable for divulging the questions cos u dint signed any agreement with them

Reason been dat:

It is the duty of shell examining body to design an interview system that can't be exploited. It's also their moral duty to ensure that all room or loopholes for malpractices are blocked, if malpractices will really defeat the essence of the interview.

You all should know that, Shell isn't daft and they have taken all that into consideration before rolling out the interview format. They also know that candidates have the right to seek for whateverr means and information in their own effort to pass. So divulging your question wouldn't be consequential as such.

You hypocrites , bad belles and bitter soul should go Bleep your self. Your holyness and morality really stink. Nonsense hypocrites..as if they won't use the questions if they had seen it before they did their own test. I so hate such kind of self righteous and resentful idiots.

I'm thinking you didn't use the code in your email invite.

1) once you open the app, input your access code and you will see 'take interview', then 'sample interview'. Not sure of the exact words used

2) click take interview, then it brings terms and conditions and other blah blah, just keep pressing ok/continue, you will get to a point where you either choose to practice or take the interview.

Click practice if you want to practice, a question comes up for you to answer. After you've answered, it will play your recording for you.

Hello, I took the practice interview several times, but it's not playing my recording. Pls what's d way out?

Oga relax, you know no jack! Have you ever wondered what hirevue will do to your data after now? They can share your performance with other companies you may apply to tomorrow. Now, that's out of your consent and there is nothing you will be able to do about that. That will be wrong in your own thoughts but to them it's business!
