Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, on Thursday, briefed the Nigerian Senate on an alleged exclusion of the Southeast from railway project loan. Says Southeast is not excluded from the railway modernization program

Amaechi denied the allegation, He added that the south-east is not excluded from the railway modernization program.
