I think so. Edson Nasimento's (Pele) 1967 visit to Nigeria was enough to call for a two day ceasefire during d war. Only football seems to make us forget about us being northerners, Westerners or Easterners. Football Na our medicine
That's true tho. Hopefully, it will keep bringing us together

I had to leave after watching first half.

I kept asking myself, is this the way they play in their clubs?

No wonder they are either perpetual bench warmers or play in lower cadre teams that fight relegation battles.

They lack ball intelligence in all spheres
The coach has to do something drastic. Can you imagine Nigeria is losing and Iheanacho is just strolling out when substituted? It tells you the mentality the players brought to the game. A team that has Ahmed Musa playing for it will lose morning, afternoon and evening, he is spent. South Africa is not a good side, Nigeria is just terrible.

I had a bad feeling when this guy said he was going for a 4-3-3 formation. This doesn't change the fact that Onazi and etebo are useless and can't function without an anchor midfielder (Mikel).

Then what does Dele Alampasu has for us? nothing, typical NOTHING.....come to grassroot and train them up they won't listen, now they ar bunch of modafucker's, na so so rubbish Daniel they keep, even Alampasu they keep rubbish for Portugal, bench bench all the time. I pity the future of this country honestly.

Really shameful and devastating. Upon all the noise?

No motivation whatsoever, you can imagine Ihenacho's face in the first half. He's obviously not in the game.

What about Onazi? Playing pure inexperienced football.

I just wasted my MB, e pain me sha.
