I got a notification that I should update my phone, please I want to know if the update really worth it or should I ignore it.
your advice is highly needed.

I got this one. I need to unroot my phone before upgrading. I just regretted rooting my phone.

Download the naugat stock rom or the latest version of the stock rom and flash using sp tool.

Well, actually.Android 6.0.1 actually blocks a feature to root directly because it doesn't allow to modify the root data.

Updated mine.
Its still on Marshmallow but the security update for May is included...May 7, 2017 to be precise.

Performance has improved a bit especially when multi-tasking.
No problems to report as at now.

Everything works like Day 1.
