Very obvious you don't understand English well,or comprehension your major problem,the Senate president will abide to Inec rule when all other conditions are met,he has no power to keep any senator when all other rules has been fully fulfiled

I keep saying it, the Nigerian Constitution of 1999 is a FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT, created by Criminals in the likes of IBB, Abdusalam, military Governors, OBJ, e.t.c, to PROTECT CRIMINALS and enslave the Citizens.

- Judges use it to free Looters!
- Criminals like Dino Melaye and Saraki use it to perpetuate themselves in the NASS.
- Ex-Governors and Ex-looters of Aso Rock and their wives, use it to free looted funds held-up by EFCC
- Bribe-taking Judges use it to re-instate themselves back to the bench
- Police officers use it to shield themselves after taking bribe or committing extra-judicial killings
- Kidnappers even use it to collect ransom and get away with it.
The list is endless


We the Citizens had NO INPUT in it yet, they started the first page with a fraudulent statement saying "We the People of Nigeria freely agree to be bound by this constitution...."!

Arise Citizens, fight for your rights or die.

Op it might be exercise in futility but it has dent the hope of dino returning, yahaya bello as the gov is the leader of APC at state level in kogi, he has in possession of all machineries of APC in the state, dino is not popular than smart adeyemi in kogi west he rode on the back of change mantra .dino have made too many enemies for himself right from federal level to state level.

Majority of dino constituency voters re against him

The chairman of the APC in kogi is a bittered enemy of dino

He is not in good terms with the state governor

At national level the only politicians that can come to his aid at the polls is tinubu but they re sworm enemies

Dino cannot be handed the party's ticket in 2019 ,who re those that will conduct the election,

. Hahahahahah, hohohoho I dey laugh in Swahili. This is what happens to a man who is so arrogant and disrespectful to people. What he specializes in is to buy expensive cars and display on the internet, no constituency office or projects. He had fought everybody in the party so he is on his own. Saraki himself has a lot of problems on his neck already and I doubt if he is going to make it to 2019 thereafter. Ajekunya ni o je. Nigeria politics is becoming very interesting day by day.

I understand its human nature not to vote

but time is coming when everyone will be tired of their shenanigans

The same people that did the wahala to register but didnt do the wahala to vote? Worldwide the turnout in elections is usually below 50%, it's just human nature. In countries like Australia where voting is compulsory you may get figures like 90%.

I dont like to deal in the hypothetical or what could be/should be...I deal with current realities. Dinos recall attempt is happening now and based on current circumstances, it will fail because they will never get the 50% of registered voters!
