Awon Apoda, Dear comrades, I salute your courage and stand by you in rejecting this inhuman oppression from Berger paint management. I only hope it's not too late considering that gratuity was stopped in 2015 and you are just protesting in 2017. I also hope your union executives will not sell out because this is the normal practice by HR directors in Nigeria, they sort out the unionists and the masses suffer. I also hope the management has not arm-twist you guys to sign a new condition of service that has neutralize the initial one that has gratuity as part of your compensation package.
