For your information the NASS is part of government in a democracy......The inability of this government to pass the budget on time is a collective failure of the executive and NASS despite the fact that the ruling party is the majority!

Notice transparency of last years budget when PMB was around compared to secrecy of the 2017 budget bill conspired by the imperialist stooges that are Viper Osinbajo and Snake Saraki; Because imperialists have poisoned the president.

All indications are that PMB would vacate the presidency before the secret 2017 budget bill is assented to, as the secret bill is likely a complete re-write of PMB's bill he presented in December last year.

I still believe the budget bill will not be assented to until Imperialist stooge Osinbajo becomes president and forms his own cabinet.

If he signs the secret imperialist written budget today, it can only mean that PMB is unlikely to return; and if he does, within days he would be vacating the seat either by resignation or death.
