BlackDBagba:This is the 21st century and there is hardly any hiding place for them no matter wat country they run to. The earlier they realize this, the better for them. We got eyes everywhere around the globe. I support a peaceful break up via referendum but if the reverse should be the case, no hididng place for any sabotaging and greedy politician |

Okorocha is ignorant. In 21st century, they can only be war if Citizens are fighting against a sitting President. Today, Biafrans are fighting no one. They are asking for a REFERENDUM to decide, if they should continue the One Nigeria experiment. If, the Referendum Votes says...YES...to Secession, then so be it. If it fails, then we continue with the One Nigeria. I am interested in Regionalism, but if others succeed in seceding, then I will want Niger Delta to choose a different pact. Our Oil is becoming useless in the next 50yrs and we need it badly now to turn our Tropical Rain Forest to Dubai before oil becomes useless. Fullstop fools. |

Igboesika:The northern youths have provided the solution. All SE persons leave the north and all northerners leave the east by October. I can assure you that this will fast track the division you are calling for. But I see some people begging to stay. The new unity beggars. |

This statement is a mere after thought which came too after the damage has already been done; why did he have to wait until now to condemn the secessionists, where was his voice when Kanu was insulting, abusing and threatening northerners with war; where was he when same Kanu (a person without constitutional or any legal power) gave the sit at home order and everyone including all civil servants and government offices under as a sitting governor complied - who is he fooling? Northerners have tolerated Igbo hypocrisy, hatred and blackmail for far too long, the last straw has broken the camel's back; its time they have their Biafra and therefore go their separate way - nobody will miss them. |

zeongeon:Well, dont be too hard on yourself. The reason no one can call for Referendum on secession is because our present constitution does not provide for such. We are in "... One Nation Under God, indivisible..." So before we can be talking on how to conduct a Referendum we have to first of all, talk of how to achieve CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT withing the present composition of the 36 State House of Assemblies as well the NASS and finally the assent of the Executive President TO INSERT THE PROVISION FOR SECESSION IN OUR CONSTITUTION. So before you all keep churning out misinformation and constant display of inadequate knowledge of prevalent circumstances, LEARN, SEEK KNOWLEDGE and INFORMATION in order to make inform contribution on issues you have no knowledge about. Peace! |

axglide:Oga you people just open your big mouth, MASSOB that started with dialogue didn't you kill them, taunt them, and make them look like rabble-rousers? Did you not tempt and infiltrate them to discredit them the way you've succeeded in getting uwazurike to sell his conscience for a pot of gambari porridge. IPOB is on the right track, they are formidable, impregnable and unbribeable and that is why zoogerians uncomfortable. Kanu is not daft like you zoogerians so stop luring him with your filthy governorship political posts. He towers above that. How many of your governors can ignite protests and rallies in 92 countries at the same time? Why can't you tell your newfound darling uwazurike to come become your president of nigeria? ![]() The easiest way for kanu to lose credibility is to indicate interest in any political post in the zoo. He will stick to his principles till death. I can bet my life on it. |

D sort of backward politicians we have dis days, and posing themselves to be a course to d pple rather Dan blessing. How can dis low metal governor (okoroacha) be suggesting war as option to secession. D other time yemi Osinbanjo said same. How can a modern age government still think about war before a group can gain autonomy. Our leaders re our problem Okoroacha is a huge mistake to imo state |

origima:I just have to reply you on this. please do tell me, was the fight to end slavery won on the first war in america? No it was not. Was the fight for a free Isreal nation won on the first war? Still no. Then in the old testament, was it at the first plague Pharaoh realised the Israelite? No it was not. I don't know if they would win a war to free themselves, but telling them not to fight for their freedom because they lost the first civil war is both stupid and foolish. Imagine if Joshua abandoned the Philistines because he lost the first battle. I for one don't see any reason to keep two tribes that hate each other together in the name of unity. I for one believe that if the north is confident they can leave without the IBO's they should grant them their freedom. Besides, it was not the ibos but the Hausas that began the call for war |

Okorocha is not a real Igbo man... He should sit his mother and ask her of his real father, i mean the real father, if actually his mother is still alive oo... It is definitely a hausa man that impregnated her. |

Koolking:Brother, you will see that in the fight for a free country the ability of an army is greatly limited. Now that the fight for Biafra has been well pronounced all over the world, if a civil war should breakout, believe me the world would not allow the extreme tactics used by the soldiers in the first civil war to repeat itself. All that blockage of food, killing of unarmed youths, raping and pillaging. All those will not be allowed, you know why? Because provided you don't perform act of terrorism, it is not a crime to fight for freedom. So far so good the igbos unlike boko haram have not performed any act of terrorism in their call for freedom. And any unethical military practice in case of another civil war will be tagged a war crime and the perpetrators will be convicted. In fact, in case of another civil war (which I believe will not be started by the igbos) the international media attention on Nigeria will not even allow the army to carry out the barbaric tactics used in the first civil war. And even if they do, it will only help international countries support the freedom of Biafra to the survivors. It was this reason that allowed Ukraine gain freedom from Russia, because Russia used more force than necessary to try to suppress them, and it only resulted in international sympathy for Ukraine. And it is also for fear of international sanctions that Russia cannot just go and crush Ukraine, even though their army is at least 5 times the size of Ukraine's army |
