Recently Nigerian Electricity regulatory Commission mandated customers who have not been given prepaid meter to stop paying for electricity bill and gave conditions before you can pay. They also directed you on what to do if you are disconnected for refusing to pay.

U can report them to any NSCDC office close to u. It is their core mandate.

U can report them to any NSCDC office close to u. It is their core mandate.
