I have been asking yet no concrete answer. If one applies for N-power, can he still get a government job within the 2 years program?

This Npower thing just became another means to share crumbs to the masses just to shut them up and keep them busy, without adding any value whatsoever. What happened to Npower knowledge, that was supposed to impact on the participants, what happened to Npower build that was supposed to develop skilled manpower, even the Npower teach has been marred by tons of irregularities, errors and hasn't stimulated the economy in any positive way. It's one thing to give fish crumbs to a number of graduates for a two year period, it's another thing to teach them how to fish for the rest of their lives, I'd prefer the later any day.

Assuming after applying for n power one gets another federal government work... How can one leave n power for the government work? Cause we all know one can't receive salary from two federal government works..
