Well done zenith bank. I want to implore all banks to put in place more surveillance measures many kilometers away from their branches not only in the vicinity of the banks to monitor movements. Covert footsoldiers should be employed to monitor all around too

Since February? Meaning the bank wouldn't have done anything for the family if the video wasn't on social media

Social Media is a blessing and some say is a curse. We Should take advantage of it and use it wisely. God bless all the people involved in ensuring that this family was not forgotten and their case swept under the carpet forever.

If the whole nation had not cried out, that's how they would have swept the death of gallant police officers who laid down their lives to save the bank and its customers under the rug.

I feel sorry for the policemen. In truth, they displayed lack of training. They clearly had the upper hands to take those criminals down. I am not sure they train Nigeria police for emergencies and on the spot strategy. They were running into gunfire from where they were shielded. Why do they think there was security post.

Why doesn't the police in Nigeria just have a N20m life policy with reputable insurance companies that also guarantees life payment of school fees for up to 4 children for life in public schools.

I vex na. Police couldnt aim and shoot, couldn't take cover, run into gunfire. They acted just the one an ordinary citizen would

For a Nigeria Police, monthly premium for that would be very high. You will hardly find an insurance that will cover it. They go for less likely risk

So if the video was not leaked and people did not criticize them, they will not compensate the family.
Zenith bank is a scam. All they are interested in making money and having large customer base

rubbish so if the cctv did not capture the scene it would have died a natural death thank God for internet

My worry is that since Febuary when this incident occur , what has Zenith bank and the Police authority has done. If not that the video went viral online, the Policemen would have died just last that. How many of this kind of incident has happened before now and nothing was done just because it doesn't go viral like this one.

Nigeria government need to wake up, especially on the Insurance policy for our security personnel
