i am not sure i understand your question but...

For stage one you are to complete the online assessments & the on-demand video interview.

The online assessment has two parts
Part A: A cognitive test covering numerical skills, verbal skills and abstract reasoning.
Part B: A ‘working styles’ assessment, to understand how you learn and interact with others.

You have to complete all these in stage one.

I do not think anyone has progressed to the second stage.

Any one with any update? I got a good feed back on my online Working Styles assessment, designed by
Cubiks, which does not include the Cognitive Assessment. Remaining the congnitive assessment and the video. Trusting God that it will be fine. Anyone with same feedback or real love letter. Lol.

You can do either the on-demand video interview or cognitive assessment first.

Just did the online assessments, I think they were OK..the time was just OK for each section. I've not had time to do them since completing my application 3 days ago. This year seems different from others (a more reason why i decided to apply).
The On demand interview, I've done some practice and person fit cast easily if unprepared, so i go try do that one on friday or saturday. I cannot come and be looking like tsuegbe when asked how I intend to change the world

It's a letter shell uses to express their love for an applicant. The letter is so damn well crafted that applicants who receive it (4rm ppl's acct),usually stay puzzled for a min or two after beholding it's content and then shed a lil tear or burst into laughter as the case may be.

i didn't complete the online test because they said dat my system time has changed nd my assessment was invalid but i completed the working style section i sent a complaint to them and they sent me that there automatic reply ... pls did anybody encounter, how did you resolve it?

Don't mind the kids. They think they are still in school where you collabo and nothing much is at stake. There is no cooperation here but competition. This platform is just to share info about the recruitment exercise without letting out your competitive advantage. Businesses in the same industry also confer to talk about changes in the industry and government policies but nobody goes there to reveal their trade secrets. This is the corporate world! This is the business world! This is competition! Compete or die is an old saying in the business world. Yes, life is not all about Shell and Shell is not all about life. But you've got to be smart. My 2 cents.

My bro , I perceive you have not seen much in life, you are still thinking like a "starter" .
