30% profitability per month from the start will be a little challenging cos generally business picks up profit with time as you build customer base and reputation. One of the ways to get this 30% thing to happen is to buy and sell goods/products that should sell fast. Meaning you have to situate yourself in an environment where such goods are sort for(eg a plaza). You can get phones and sell in a well known phone plaza after renting a shop there. You can buy bags of rich and sell off in a market area. The truth be told, 30% profit from the first month is not friendly, it might push you into agitation. At times a business might not even give you profit in the first year but for the next x years, that same business can just keep pumping in profit progressively. i will strongly advice you to start up a business you know you can grow over time to become a world class business. A business you are passionate about. This might mean going back to your friend and renegotiating or getting some one else to finance your dream. Wishing you success in your pursuit.
