As an engineer you can work offshore (sea) or onshore (land), depends on where you're needed. But offshore pays more, and u work two weeks in a month.

Everything is not about money, don't think I can work offshore. but the shell graduate recruitment is it for offshore or On shore?

Bro nobody knows yet if the shell graduate recruitment is for offshore or onshore, it's when one is favoured and you scale through the recruitment hurdles that you will know where you will work when you're offered a job.
