The 'love letter is simply a mail sent by shell to tell you that you have been screened out of the recruitment process. The manner in which they craft it is similar to how we used to write love letters back then.

You might not even understand what they mean to tell you till you read the second time

And about the sample, there are many samples here on this thread. At least 80% of us have gotten ours. I hope you rather get a shell wedding gift instead.

Don't mind the kids. They think they are still in school where you collabo and nothing much is at stake. There is no cooperation here but competition. This platform is just to share info about the recruitment exercise without letting out your competitive advantage. Businesses in the same industry also confer to talk about changes in the industry and government policies but nobody goes there to reveal their trade secrets. This is the corporate world! This is the business world! This is competition! Compete or die is an old saying in the business world. Yes, life is not all about Shell and Shell is not all about life. But you've got to be smart. My 2 cents.

Yes you can, log in, you'll have access to your profile where you can upload a cover letter, and CV.

It is obvious from the mail. The postion he applied for and the date of resumption. He should tell us what position he applied for and the date of resumption so we can analyse

application lasts 10days after u initially apply..although after 5 days, u start running late

but i still haven't received the mail with link to do this on demand video interview..sent them my complaints with 5 mails already no reply

I do advise people, when sending enquiries or complaints, it's always advisable to quote Refno or any number attached to you in the process. I don't know how shell works, but did you quote any number attached to you during your application?
