Gravas:

The administration is full of mediocre minds. This is a fact. Right from the day the administration was unveiled, a lot of political experts gave the verdict that PMB will fail. There are some morons who are not supposed to part of this govt. But up till now, they are there.

This is the first govt I would see proposing a NCE holder to head a whole NCC commission.

Mediocrity is an understatement.

rubbish
there was no way buhari would have succeeded in this new age and falana knew so,accepting to work in this govt would have been an end to his career. and to think that some people are still standing for the daura cow whom they dont even know where he is and condition after voting for him is to say the least shameful.
senate president saraki still seems more reasonable compare to buhari in a democratic setting.
the mistake apc made is making buhari their presidential candidate

Making Malami Attorney General

Buhari actually called Femi Falana on phone telling him to get prepared to work in his cabinet(Falana himself attested to this in an interview with Channels TV) but Falana is not a politician just like Evans is not also a politician, the politician from Ekiti got the job and today, here we are!
ONE MINISTER PER STATE. Yeye!

FEMI FALANA as ATTORNEY GENERAL will not be losing Anticorruption cases serially the way this dunce is losing it.

LET US choose the best among us, if not, we will all suffer from our foolish addiction to mediocrity!

Saraki As Senate President

I have criticised PMB on several occasions. On the emergence of MESU as SP, on retaining certain mediocrities within his government, on his lackadaisical attitude towards providing leadership needed by the APC etc but on this war on corruption and continuous loss of prominent cases of corruption, I cannot blame him.

His major campaign word in 2015 was "if we(not I) don't kill corruption, corruption will kill us.."....tHIS statement means that war against corruption involves Division of Labour. PMB will fight it, Judiciary will fight it, NASS will fight it, PEOPLE will fight it. Every one has a responsibility. And Division of Labour is not a mere sharing of duties, the duties are shared according to area of Specialisation. PMB's job is prosecution and he has set a motion for the prosecution of untouchables and mighty. From the Senate President to the High level Judges, Lawyers(S.A.N inclusive) to former powerful office holders. His job is to prosecute. Unfortunately, Buhari only exists in the executive, if he had headed judiciary and NASS too, we won't be losing glaringly good cases on the alter of hypocritical technicalities and meaningful laws to help the war would have been passed. Also, if PMB had not tried or given impression that he will try the high and might of the NASS and judiciary, if it were to be war on corrupt teachers, vendors and farmers, may be the other arms would have cooperated.

MESU earthly but temporary triumph yesterday is the failure of the people of Nigeria who choose to remain helpless and always think that their governmental duties end at the poll! Unfortunately, their mouths are only good at doing one thing...Abusing PMB!

Crafty MESU dropped all his lawyers and went for Agabi. He knew what he was doing. He knew he can't defend himself because he is a thief, so he went for a plan that will compromise the case. Recall, PMB stood his ground and took him to court. Agabi was Danladi's former boss, Danladi's brother works in his Chambers till date and the Prosecution Lawyer Rotimi Jacobs was his former Personal Assistant. Unfortunately, the inexperienced Attorney General did not reconstitute or advise PMB to reconstitute CCT before the announcement of prosecution and he didn't change Jacobs when MESU changed his own lawyers knowing well the relationship between his own lawyer and Mesu new lawyer.

Old man Agabi, a rich and comfortable lawyer who in his heart of hearts know that Mesu is a thief ought not to have taken such a case. Gani Fawehinmi once rejected a similar case from a Governor. Everyone has failed Nigeria and the future of the incoming generation because of vanities!

I stand with BUHARI......IF WE DONT KILL CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION WILL KILL US.

Senate has full control of itself. Judiciary has full control of itself. These two are PRO CORRUPTION ARMS without remorse. Executive is also corrupt but there lies the hope if anything good will happen but unfortunately, it is the only arm that has no control!!!

I pity Sagay. I Think the man should resign too unless a new deal is cut. However, my respect for Sagay knows no bounds!!!

well sarrki you have make your point right here. Infact am asking why are they still using only rotimi jacobs till this moment. The Fg keep loosing their cases in the court of competent jurisprudence. What a shame to the whole judiciary. Upon all the 18 count charges still the CCT chairman doesn't gave any verdict on them. Well karma will back fire.

One of the major mistakes of PMB is not facing the economy squarely right from the start. People dont respond to anti corruption crusade if they are hungry and cant afford the basic necessities of life. Some states are owing 6 months salaries with =N=18k minimum wage and how do you expect a family with at least 2 children to feed and afford the basic necessities of life ?

When a man is denied the right to live the life he believes in, he has no choice but to become an outlaw.

On the war against corruption; forget how much you build your case, no judge will send Orji Uzor Kalu to jail, or Murtala Nyako or even the minions FFK and Fayose or Uba. Corruption has got too powerful that it controls even the way the youths think. My problem with Mr. Buhari is that his principle of non-intefference is not for today's Nigeria. We need a combination of Buhari's integrity and Obasanjo's pushy attitude.

Dont mind them. They seem to prefer media trial to the real trial. By the time you release all your jokas at the media trial, the defence picks the necessory hole and strike and they come and accuse the judge of compromise. They are so much in a hurry to arraign the accused to show the world they are fighting corruption that they fail to cross the ts and dot the is. They seem to be more interested in the arraignment than the conviction. In a trial, you cannot be the prosecutor and the judge at the same time. The judge will handle the case not based on what actually transpired, because he was not there, but based on the evidence before him or her.
aolawale025:
I still don't understand why some people are bitter about saraki's triumph. If he was already guilty, then why the trial? The CCT said the evidence presented had no probate value. Must the man be found guilty all the same. All over the world it's only the efcc in nigeria that publicizes it's investigations. In other places, they do a thorough job silently. That when they prosecute, they win.

This government failed even before the whistle was blown. And the cause was from the very top. When you pack an administration full of mediocre appointees due to nepotism. Success would depart from you.

Your IDIOCY is aptly likened to the biblical "Teke teke mene yufasin"(both the deaf and the blind can hear and see it).

Did Buhari make Saraki SP?
For obvious reasons, these political complexities are too sophisticated for a buffoon like you to comprehend.

SARAKI BECAME SENATE PRESIDENT BECAUSE HE WON MAJORITY OF THE VOTES OF HIS COLLEAGUES (THE SENATE).
I can understand your cries though; because Omo Oloye has floored your principal time and again.

To be honest, I'd expected you and your fellow used-and-dumped BMCs to sulk after the CCT victory for #SaiBukky. But I couldn't possibly imagine it would make front page on Nairaland. That's what Nairaland has reduced itself to. Giving the centre stage to morons.

I have a recommendation for you however, mister idiot. In your own interest, in any case.
GET A LIFE, SARRKI

You're right to an extent but, in my own opinion I think PMB lost the fight when he appointed some corrupt individuals into his cabinet. You don't fight corruption with corrupt politicians. Unfortunately, Some of these individuals are known as sponsors of his campaign therefore making it difficult for him to leave them out of his government.
However, this is the reason why many Nigerians even international communities do not take this fight against corruption serious.

None of the crooks in Nigeria has more corrupt tendencies that their US counterparts, but over there they have a strong system that 90% of the time, you will be found out and convicted, so they do theirs low-key.
