If they don't give him his 21 years salary arrears and his missed benefits, then this whole thing is a scam.

When you're wrongly dismissed, you're paid everything you missed. That's how it works. I hope the poor guy knows this.

Since the matter is still in court though delayed, anything done outside the court will be termed subjudice I.e preempting the judgement of the court. However, what your lawyer doing about it.

Hmmm. Your Dad's lawyer should be held accountable for not pursuing the case to a logical conclusion. You could use the power of social media, get in touch with popular blogs or journalists like Sahara Reporters. The more its out there, the quicker the attention of the authorities will be drawn to the issue. I don't think you should let it slide.
